If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 60 days of delivery.
This policy applies only to orders placed directly through the Revela Skin website.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
- Your order must have been placed directly on the Revela Skin website
- You must provide your order number and the email address used at checkout
- Returned item(s) must be sent back if requested by our team
We reserve the right to deny requests in cases of fraud, abuse, or misuse of this policy.
Refund Amounts
Approved refunds will cover the value of the eligible returned item(s) at the price paid at the time of purchase, including applicable sales tax where required, minus any discounts applied to the order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only once the return has been received and processed, if a return is required.
We are unable to issue refunds to a different card, bank account, or payment method.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.
After that, orders may already be in processing and can no longer be cancelled or changed.

- Excessive refund requests
- Abuse of the money-back guarantee
- Orders placed in bad faith
